Delays* We are not liable for delay of shipment due to natural disasters, shipping carrier delays that are caused by weather, labor disputes, refusal of package, stolen packages, and customer supplied incorrect shipping information.

Warm Weather Shipping

Grandpa Joe's Chocolate is not reponsible for melted products, but ensuring that you receive your order in excellent condition is our  top priority. Grandpa Joe's Chocolates have the potential to melt at 70 degrees Fahrenheit and requires special handling when the weather is warm.
We provide warm weather shipping materials that are automatically added to your cart for any of our products that can melt during shipment.
There is a one time charge per shipment and product will not ship without it. In April, May, June, July, August, and September we ship Monday through Wednesday. This limits the time your order is in transit, so it does not sit over the weekend in a non air-conditioned environment.
Please arrange delivery to an air-conditioned location or arrange for someone to be available to retrieve the package which can quickly  be brought indoors, otherwise the shipping carrier will leave the package outdoors.

These dish cloths are wonderful! I love how soft and gentle they are as I wash dishes and wipe down counters and table! They are very durable and wash well. The weave and colors are so beautifully simple!

Love these dish Clothes! Bought some for myself and friends when visiting from Florida and everyone I gave one to wanted more. They wash nice and they clean up well. I bleached them and no color run. Needless to say we put in an order and they came to us quickly. Very satisfied with product and customer service.
