Grandpa Joe's Chocolate makes every attempt to send out your order within 2-3 days, however during certain times of the year, this may not be possible due to a high volume of orders.
We will do our best, but do not guarantee delivery on a exact day. Please make sure if you are looking at a particular delivery date that it is included in the comment section, or order early to have package arrive ahead of time.

Warm Weather Shipping
Grandpa Joe's Chocolate is not reponsible for melted products, but ensuring that you receive your order in excellent condition is our top priority. Grandpa Joe's Chocolates have the potential to melt at 70 degrees Fahrenheit and requires special handling when the weather is warm.
We provide warm weather shipping materials that are automatically added to your cart for any of our products that can melt during shipment.
There is a one time charge per shipment and product will not ship without it. In April, May, June, July, August, and September we ship Monday through Wednesday. This limits the time your order is in transit, so it does not sit over the weekend in a non air-conditioned environment.
Please arrange delivery to an air-conditioned location or arrange for someone to be available to retrieve the package which can quickly be brought indoors, otherwise the shipping carrier will leave the package outdoors.
