Delays* We are not liable for delay of shipment due to natural disasters, shipping carrier delays that are caused by weather, labor disputes, refusal of package, stolen packages, and customer supplied incorrect shipping information.
Warm Weather Shipping
We provide warm weather shipping materials that are automatically added to your cart for any of our products that can melt during shipment.
There is a one time charge per shipment and product will not ship without it. In April, May, June, July, August, and September we ship Monday through Wednesday. This limits the time your order is in transit, so it does not sit over the weekend in a non air-conditioned environment.
Please arrange delivery to an air-conditioned location or arrange for someone to be available to retrieve the package which can quickly be brought indoors, otherwise the shipping carrier will leave the package outdoors.
