You’ll Need:
• 1 lb ground beef, pork, or turkey
• 7½ cups water (for a richer soup, substitute 1 cup of whole milk)
• 1 package soup mix
Directions:
• In a large saucepan, brown the meat until fully cooked, then drain
• Add water and bring to a boil
• Stir in soup mix while mixing well
• Return to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
• Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes
👉 Makes about 6 servings
